Grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, eggs, egg yolk until smooth. Stir in lime juice and zest. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Form dough into 1/2 inch balls and arrange on cookie sheet.

Bake 9 minutes. Cool. Sift powdered sugar on cookies while still warm.

Eat like pigs.

Seriously, though, I am a type 1 diabetic and have to be really careful with sweets and I can eat two cookies and not have my blood sugar go through the roof....Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05049511202014141182noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2857155142453175861.post-26690569997043421582009-08-21T16:57:57.588-06:002009-08-21T16:57:57.588-06:00Well, I'm not a big mustard fan, but my daught...Well, I'm not a big mustard fan, but my daughter is. Bing likes Grey Poupon.

I only like mustard when it is baked on chicken with honey too.

It does clear up my sinuses though...Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05049511202014141182noreply@blogger.com
