So, what do you serve in your restaurant over the holidays? Peppermint stick ice cream is a popular dessert item here. My favorite, though, is a peppermint egg nog shake.
Nothing different (I do love egg nog though), we do New York style pizzas, the recipe and technique come from Brooklyn, along with some Greek and Portuguese specialties. I'm in the middle of making some changes to the "cafe menu" (not pizza), so some of that is changing. If you'd like to see some more, check us out at myspace.com/cafe_rio.
I usually avoid going to my space as a rule, but I made an exception in your case...and anytime you want to come to the prairie and make some pizza, you just let us know...
