facinating account and dare I say a book in itself!
I understand the change of roles and aspirations you experienced....moving to wales I left a senior nurse manager position in a city regional neuro unit! a position with 40 staff, and more headaches and challenges to sink a battleship.....perhaps that's another book eh!
